By placing an order with Bella Blanca Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Handmade products

Our ceramics are made individually by hand. Variations in colour, glaze, texture, shape, dimensions, and finish are part of the handmade process.

We make every reasonable effort to photograph and describe each item accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability

Many pieces are one of a kind or produced in small quantities. Adding a product to your cart does not necessarily reserve it until checkout has been completed successfully.

We reserve the right to correct inventory errors and cancel and refund an order if a product is unexpectedly unavailable.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur outside our control.

Returns and damages

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for information regarding final sales, damaged pieces, and incorrect orders.

Care and use

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with a product or included in its description.

Unless otherwise stated, functional ceramic pieces are made with food-safe materials.

Website information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our shop is accurate, but occasional errors or omissions may occur.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available to you under applicable Canadian law.
