Returns and refunds

We hope you love your piece. Because each item is handmade, small variations in shape, colour, glaze, texture, and finish are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

Returns

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final.

Please review product photographs, measurements, descriptions, and care information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece before ordering, you are always welcome to contact us at bellablancastudio@gmail.com.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at bellablancastudio@gmail.com.

Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Handmade variation

Each piece is individually made by hand. Slight variations in size, form, glaze, colour, surface texture, and other details are expected and make each piece unique.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
